So Alix and I are watching some TV just sitting on the couch and we hear 3 loud POPS right outside of our apt. on the back side. I run out on the terrace and see some big Spanish dude hopping in a car and some other big dude chasing him. Dude throws a hammer at the car and they dip. Look over to the left about 100 ft. and there's a kid shot lying on the floor.He was alive when they put him in the ambulance but he was gushing.
